How limits work
Submission limits apply per form, not across your entire workspace. If you’re on the Starter plan (500 submissions/month per form) with 3 forms, each form can receive up to 500 submissions per month — for a total of up to 1,500 submissions across your workspace.
Submission counters reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused submissions from one month do not carry over to the next.
The form limit is the maximum number of active forms you can have at any given time. Archived or deleted forms do not count toward this limit. You can delete a form to free up a slot.
Team members can be invited to collaborate on your workspace. Each member can create, edit, and manage forms based on their permission level. Owners and admins have full access.
Data retention determines how long submission data stays on our servers. After the retention period ends, submissions older than the limit are permanently deleted. For example, on the Free plan, submissions older than 30 days are removed automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. When you upgrade, changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. When you downgrade, the new limits apply at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our payment processor Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan includes a 30-day trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. Upgrade when you need more submissions, forms, or team members.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access to your workspace until the end of your billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to Free and data is retained according to the Free plan limits (30 days). Export your data before the retention period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@fillr.cloud and we'll review your situation.
